Dock is a totally awesome small bar on the main drag of Redfern who offer free popcorn with a dash of cool. I’d highly recommend their Martinis which were very generous. My only gripe is if you’re going to serve only two white wines (which I have no issue with) make sure one of them is dry. They only offered a Sav Blanc and a Sav Blanc blend, blurgh to both. One of those should be a Chardonnay or Pinot Gris or Grigio. Anyhoo, very worth checking out. Plus it’s right near the station so you can leave the car at home.
