For all those not familiar with New York this one will have you scratching your head. You can’t buy beer at a liquor store. Yes wine and yes unbelievably cheap vodka in the biggest bottles I’ve ever seen in my life… dear god the cruelty, but no beer. Where do you buy beer I hear you say? In the fricking chemist. I mean I know it’s medicinal and all but COME ON. “Drug Stores” don’t just sell beer, they’re like a convenience store too. True story.
