VEGO OMEGA 3
As a vegetarian it can be difficult to get enough Omega 3, so I was pretty darn pumped when I came across these in my local health food store. The idea is that the reason fish are so high in Omega 3 is that they eat algae, so these skip the fish part and go straight to the source. Thanks to Caroline over at Healthy Home Cafe for the tip.
